As the Fall Creek Public Library moves forward with the exciting process of building a new library, we are preparing for the next chapter of our current space.

The existing building at 122 E. Lincoln Avenue, which currently houses the library along with the Village Hall and Village Offices, is now officially for sale. This building has long been a hub for community services, meetings, and connections, and we would love to see it continue to serve Fall Creek in a meaningful way.

This property offers a wonderful opportunity for someone to put a well-known community building to great use—whether through business, development, or another creative vision that supports our village.

Thank you for supporting the library during this exciting time of growth and transition. We look forward to what the future holds—for both our new library and this familiar community space.
