The library provides an Adaptive Computer Workstation for our physically challenged patrons. It is wheelchair accessible and includes an adjustable cart, a 21” monitor with a touch screen that eliminates the need for a mouse, a regular keyboard and a large print keyboard, and a trackball which requires less fine motor control than a standard mouse. Like all of our computers, it has high-speed internet access and printing capability.
Our friendly and helpful staff are always ready to help with book recommendations based on your interests.
Materials not owned by the Fall Creek Public Library may be requested from other libraries in our area and around the state. Ask a staff member for more information on ordering materials through interlibrary loan.
The library provides seasonal programming and a Summer Reading Program for children. We also offer preschool storytimes year-round on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Author visits and other programs of interest to our adult patrons are scheduled regularly throughout the year. If there is an author or speaker you would like to see at the library, let us know.
Distance education students may take exams at the library, upon approval from their college or university.
Tutors are welcome to use the library for their sessions. We provide a reasonably quiet, non-distracting environment for tutoring.
